Sarant holds BRC Global Standard For Food Safety accreditation
and operates an ISO 9001 Quality Management System. These standards
are central to the way in which we organise the purchasing, development,
production and sale of our products. We are committed to continually
improving our products and service, and look to work pro-actively
with both Suppliers and Customers to ensure high levels of customer
The QC department work closely in conjunction with our Development
Technologists to ensure that new ingredients and finished products
meet our quality parameters. All batches of finished Honey blends
and ingredient mixes are subject to careful analyses and checks
by highly trained technicians.
Tight controls within our Honey Production facility allow us
to produce Certified Organic and Fairtrade honey for a growing
number of end uses. Our facility is also Kosher Certified.
Regular visits and inspections, together with a comprehensive
schedule of internal auditing and controls, ensure that our accreditations
are continually maintained.
